Government initiatives set up by the office of the then deputy Prime Minister, John Prescott, to help improve air quality, increase the availability of environmentally friendly fuels and vehicles, and archive common standards on clean air enforcement throughout Europe.

STC-PR worked with both Westminster based projects helping to bring about change and lobby on environmental issues relating to the transport and tyre industry.
