Sarah Thompson played a significant role in supporting Pertemps Network during her time at Black Country Chamber of Commerce.

Her involvement supported the discussions, development and promotion of the 'Levelling Up Impact Report' which was launched in September 2022 with a series of roundtables.

The report, a collaboration with the Purpose Coalition, aimed to highlight key strategies to address regional inequalities and drive investment in communities across the UK for jobs, skills, and training opportunities.
